You are probably not doing this.

You are working out really hard and seemingly making progress when you look in the mirror, but every time you don’t incorporate a pre or post workout warmup or cooldown routine, you are building what we are calling timed tripwire bombs inside your body.

Every time you don’t stretch and release your bound up muscles you are starting the timer. With every similar workout without the pre and post workout routine you are dropping that time on the timer down by large increments.

It’s like cutting the wrong wire and seeing the timer decrease from 5min to 1min. But here is the kicker – you are not paying attention so you don’t even know what is happening.

Then one day when you reach out to pick up a weight you get that sharp twinge in your shoulder or that nauseating spike of pain in your lower back. Voila – the ominous tripwire.

It doesn’t have to be like this.

The problem is not you. The problem is the fast “get it done and go” culture that we live in.

Let’s put an end to the madness.
